About these terms
These terms apply when a consumer purchases goods from us through this website. Please read them before placing an order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Our products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.
Wedding flip-flop sets contain a mixed assortment of sizes, as described on the relevant product page. Unless we agree otherwise in writing before the order is placed, customers cannot select the number of pairs supplied in each individual size.
Product colours and packaging may vary slightly from photographs because of lighting, screen settings and minor manufacturing variations.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK taxes.
Free UK delivery is included in the advertised product price. Delivery charges for the Republic of Ireland are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Your payment provider may carry out security or identity checks before authorising payment.
Accepting your order
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. This confirms that we have received your order.
A contract is formed when we accept the order and begin preparing it for dispatch. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
• the product is unavailable;
• the price or product description contains an obvious error;
• payment has not been authorised;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
• we cannot deliver to the address supplied.
Delivery within the United Kingdom
We aim to deliver UK orders within 3–5 working days after accepting the order. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If an order is required for a particular wedding or event date, the customer should allow adequate time and contact us before ordering if the date is close.
We will deliver to the address entered during checkout. Customers are responsible for checking that the complete delivery address and postcode are correct.
If delivery is delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland
Republic of Ireland delivery is available at the charge shown during checkout.
Goods are dispatched from Great Britain, which is outside the European Union for customs purposes. Unless the checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the price and delivery charge do not include:
• Irish import VAT;
• customs duties or charges;
• courier or postal administration fees; or
• any other import-related charge collected in Ireland.
These charges may be requested by the courier or postal operator before delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland may take longer than UK delivery because of customs processing. Unless a different period has been expressly agreed, goods will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after the order is accepted.
If a customer refuses delivery because import charges are payable, the goods may be returned to us. We may deduct reasonable direct return or recovery costs from any refund where legally permitted.
Cancelling before dispatch
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
If the order has not entered preparation or been dispatched, we will normally cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, the change-of-mind return procedure below will apply.
Change-of-mind cancellation rights
Consumers normally have the right to cancel an online order without giving a reason.
You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days beginning on the day after the goods are received. You may contact us by email or use the cancellation form at the end of these terms.
After notifying us, you must return the complete order within a further 14 days.
Please return goods to:

United Kingdom
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. We recommend obtaining proof of posting and using an appropriately insured and trackable service.
You may inspect the goods as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a shop. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.
Where a basket or pack was sold as one complete product, all parts of that product must be returned. A deduction may be made where items are missing, damaged or have been used beyond reasonable inspection.
Change-of-mind refunds
We will issue the refund using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or receive satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back.
We will process the refund without undue delay and normally within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return.
The refund will include the product price and any standard outward delivery charge that must legally be refunded. Additional delivery services chosen by the customer may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Import VAT, customs charges or courier administration fees paid directly to an Irish authority, courier or postal operator have not been received by us and cannot be refunded by us. The customer may need to apply separately to the organisation that collected them.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please contact us promptly if goods arrive faulty, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or materially different from their description.
We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the problem.
Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. This may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.
We will pay or reimburse reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
These rights are separate from, and additional to, the change-of-mind cancellation rights described above.
Failed or incomplete delivery
Please contact us if an order does not arrive within the expected period.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Where a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused or the customer failed to collect it, we may charge reasonable redelivery or return costs where legally permitted.
Ownership and responsibility for the goods
The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Responsibility for the goods normally passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a person nominated by them.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for commercial losses suffered by a customer purchasing principally for business purposes.
Personal information
We use personal information to process payment, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, prevent fraud and deal with enquiries or returns.
Further information about how personal information is collected, used, retained and shared is contained in our Privacy Policy.
Order information will not be used for marketing by email or text unless the customer has separately consented or another lawful basis applies.
